MacBook Pro wifi problems

hi..


I resonantly started using my MacBook Pro 13 late 2011,and I'm having wifi issues when the screen is open I can't find any routers but if I shut the lid down so its about 2 inc from being closed it picks up routers? any help please I would be very grateful!!

Early 2011 models appear to be the first to be marketed as 450Mbit models. That requires three antennas.


Some models that came before were subject to wire chafing, because the antennas were in the display-surround, and the antenna wires crossed through the hinge area.


So it is possible your antenna wires are disconnected or damaged.
