hi, i am unable to boot to my mac pro, the chime is not complete and white dead screen appears please help.

Thanks for the question. No we did no change or modified for the MP to stop booting.

But thanks that we had the recent back up and we restored it again and it is working fine now.

But my question still remains what caused my machine to stop?? And how can we stop it from being dead like this.
