Can I restrict my child from turning location services and find my iphone on or off? If so how?

Hello amyb805,

I understand that you'd like to use parental controls/Restrictions to prevent Location Services and Find my iPhone off and on. I'll be happy to provide some information on this for you. What you'll need to do is to:

Go to Settings > General > Restrictions
Enter in a passcode for the Restrictions (please note this password can't be reset. In the event the passcode is forgotten and you'd like to make changes to the Restrictions, you'd have to erase the entire contents of the iPhone)
Scroll down to PRIVACY: Location Services
Make sure Location Services is turned on
Make sure Share My Location is also turned on
Scroll down and check the apps that you want to be able to access the location
Then go back to the top and make sure that Don't Allow Changes is checked
