how can I update my badly cleaned mac without previous owners apple id?

So I got macbook for my dads workplace and the problem is that the previous owner doesn`t remember apple id email or the password so im stuck in the recovery screen and cant do anything. He wiped the mac but didin`t remember to disconnect it from his apple id so its stuck in that and i cant update it without the none existing apple id and password
