How to cancel an iTunes subscription after being charged

I didn't notice the emails from Apple stating that my Hallmark subscription was going to be renewed (the emails went into a folder that I don't check regularly). Anyway, I didn't intend to renew the subscription and my credit card was charged a week ago. Is there anyway I can cancel the subscription still?

I tried opening the Hallmark app on my phone to cancel through them but I just get rerouted back to Apple iTunes. I can't figure out how to cancel this renewal of the subscription.

Thanks!

iPad 2, Windows XP, I have the newest ipad with 128 GB

The page that you posted from has instructions for how to stop an iTunes subscription from auto-renewing e.g. by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad and logging into the account, or Account > View My Account menu option on a computer's iTunes : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions

If you are also asking about a refund then purchases are considered final, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : https://support.apple.com/contact or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
