How to I enable my AppleID

I recently had some fraud charges removed from my credit card attached to my phone but since then I have not been able to download or purchase any apps or music. Says my Apple ID has been disabled! Please help!

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If necessary, contact Apple Support.
