email response turns black

email response turns black

When I sent an email to someone and I receive a reply on this email I can't read this returned email, the email is black.

I work on a mac in the standard mac mail. (apple mail) I don't work on a web user interface.

please help me solving this problem.

I completely renewed the software, it's running high sierra.

Mac mini, iOS 11.2

Hello, it looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:

1. Does this only happen with this one email, or does it happen with other emails and senders as well?
2. Does this email contain any attachments?

Thank you Becky for your reply, is does help.

It happens when I sent an email (doesn't matter who) and receive a reply. I cannot read this reply email, it's gone black. Only when I reply on this email I can read it.

The email does not have attachments.
