I have a new I phone but my old one will not back up is there any other way I can get all my stuff to the new phone?

Old iPhone & new iPhone have to be running the same ios 11

If they are on old iPhone go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on Then backup now over your wifi.

Set new iPhone up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data on new iPhone this will only work if old iPhone is on ios 11.

If not set new iPhone up as a new iPhone Then download apps from the apps store

Use same apple I'd Then you won't have to pay again.
