iTunes 12.7.2.58 not recognising iPhone or iPad?

Updated to 12.7.2.58 on widows 10, now when I plug in my iPhone 6 or iPad Air 1 nothing happens, no icon in iTunes to suggest either device has been detected. Uninstalled iTunes, restarted, installed, updated both devices to latest iOS, still nothing, anyone else getting this?
