How do I turn off Activation Lock can't remember ID or Password changed to many times

How do I turn off Activation Lock I have tried everything and it keeps getting mixed up with my husbands IPOD I have changed my password several times and cannot unlock it. I have no idea how this even happened I just turned it on and there was the message and now I cant get to my facebook messages or any ofmy photos. Justtell me a simple way to unlock this Ipod. I have had it for over two years and never had a problems like this. Please tell me a simple solution.



my original apple ID was *****@ gmail.com and my original password was ******. Cananyone tell me how to restore this??

Activation Lock Problem


If you purchased the device second-hand, then it is useless without the Apple ID and password to which it is locked. If you don't have it, can't remember it or cannot get it, then the device is useless to you. Try to get your money refunded, if you can, or take it to an Apple store for an exchange provided they will help you. If you are the original owner then take the device, a copy of your purchase receipt and identity proof to an Apple retailer where they may be able to assist you.

Unfortunately for you, there is no "simple" way to turn off Activation Lock without knowing the Apple ID & password associated with the device. If you are the original owner of the iPhone and have a proof-of-purchase, you can make an appointment at the Genius Bar and take the device to an Apple Store near you. They should be able to erase the device for you. In some cases you can also have this done online. In either case:
