Volume Control

Anyone figured out a work around to change the Final Cut playback volume in relation to the Mac sound effects volume?


While editing I am constantly getting Skype calls and email dings that are WAY louder than my timeline playback. It makes me jump every time.


Anyone else have this problem? Anyone find a solution?

Final Cut Pro X, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

I found a solution thanks to Noah Kadner on the Creative Cow Forum.
