hello everyone,
i had a very low storage in my iPad which deleted all my contacts and also stopping the apps to access Camera, Photos or even Microphone. Then I freed up the gallery by deleting pictures but still having the same problem.
any kind of help will be appreciated.

Start by checking what apps are taking up the most storage (settings > general > iPad storage). You can then delete the apps that are taking up the most. You can also export your photos to either iCloud, or a computer. You could then delete all of the photos on your iPad. (Taking and Managing Photos - Official Apple Support). If none of these work, you could, in a bittersweet manner, erase and restore your iPad, and free up all your storage. (Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support).
