Highly Annoyed...iPhone 6s Plus is not automatically receiving emails

I am highly annoyed! Emails were automatically pushed to my iPhone 6s Plus until last week. I’ve tried almost everything, from resetting my network settings to deleting and reading my gmail account. I also have the latest update. It’s extrmely important that I receive emails instantly on my phone for work related reasons. PLEASE HELP NOW!!!!
