How Can I get my money back

I mistakenly subscribed to an app that I did not want to subscribe to. Please help me and refund my money for the app I do not wish to use! They charged me $50 & I absolutely can not afford this charge! Please please help me. As soon as I realized the payment in my bank record I immediately cancelled subscription!
