metro Pcs iphone 6s Plus Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active.

I recently went from cricket to metro pcs. When I try to send a picture to an Android user I receive a message saying, Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active. SMS works for both android and apple. MMS messaging works for other iPhone users but like I stated, it doesn’t for Android users. Anyone else experienced this problem?

Okay, so metro pcs told me to turn off my messages option, and it finally sent a picture without receiving the block message. Now after I sent a picture to a few Android users, they received the following:

Not sure what to do or what the problem is now

I'm guessing MMS does NOT work to other iPhone messages. They are probably being send as iMessages. Different animal.

What did metro pcs say when you contacted them and asked them what it meant?
