Ask your insurance carrier. Apple doesn't sell insurance. AppleCare+, which they do sell, is not insurance. It is an extended warranty that also provides telephone technical support and some protection from accidental damage.

Only you would know that. Apple doesn't offer insurance. You could possibly have gotten insurance through your carrier. Contact your carrier and ask. Or, you may have gotten it as a rider to your homeowner/renter's insurance. Call your insurance company.
