AR Kit apps makes iPhone X reboot

Whenever I start an app with AR Kit, my iPhone X (A1865, 256gb) screen turns black and reboots (white apple logo). It happens if I start a Flyover in Maps, use MeasureKit app or the new IKEA app. My wife has the same phone with the same update and it doesn't crash.
