(i couldnt figure out where to put this)

so i recieved a concerning email saying this:

Therefore, your account will locked on 14 December 2017.

If you want to unlock your account, please open attachment file ( statement_confirmation.docx ) and refill information at least 1 days prior to the date of 14 December 2017. If you do not verify your payment information, your account will locked permanently on 14 December 2017.

while i dont have any payment because i dont have a card on my account and never had one
