Someone sent me some money, which went to my apple cash card. But when i tap on "transfer to bank" the app crashes and returns to my home screen. So I have no ability to enter my bank info. Any ideas?

Had the same problem and called Apple. Here’s the fix:
1) settings
2) general
3) language and region
4) change to something else like Canada.
5) change back to your region

I did. No luck. But then I called customer support. The fix is to change the language, in settings, then change it back to English again (or whatever it was originally). Then restart the phone and all was well.
Have you force closed the app?
That indeed did work.
