Wrong resting heart rate on airplane

Has any one had interference of their resting heart reading whilst on a long haul flight? Twice now I’ve had elevated heart rate notification whilst sleeping on a lie flat bed on the plane. Nothing when am on the ground. And these notifications show elevated heart rate for about 3hours non stop which is very strange.
