Sync Problems

Help! Phone won't sync with computer. I have tried restarting both my phone and laptop several times. Only get this message "iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. Could not send a message to the device."

No error code, no explanation. My phone is now missing most of the music because it won't sync. helppp

Hey dani547,

Thanks for reaching to get help with syncing your iPhone with iTunes on your computer. It can be hard to know where to start if you don't get an error code but you've come to the right place for help. Try the steps in the link here as these steps may help us isolate what may be the cause.

Also, is this music purchased from iTunes, are you an Apple Music member or do you sync music that you've downloaded from other sources using iTunes?
