Burning a playlist to a cd

I am attempting to burn a playlist to a cd with no joy.

I believe the problem is that i have an Apple Music subscription and therefore the songs I want are not appearing in my purchased list. However, when I go to the Apple Store to purchase them the only option available to me is to play the songs.

What can I do to get the songs into my Purchased items?
