Why won’t my Beats X turn on?

I purchased my beats x and haven’t had them for even a year. They were not damaged, no water damage, they weren’t over charged, nothing. Now they won’t even turn on. I tried resetting it, and it still won’t turn on. When I plug it in to charge, the light flashes red in pulses. What is wrong with them? How can they be fixed?
