I have just put logic pro x on my mac book, I originally had logic on my iMac, how can I transfer the sounds on my Exs24(iMAC) to the Exs24 on my mac book Pro?

If you are referring to custom patches you have created, I'm not sure how to access these unless you have checked the box to copy them to the project folder when saving.
you could try in the 'Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Logic/Plug-In Settings/EXS24' folder, although I have had issues loading patches saved anywhere other than to the project folder.
