phone is not recognize my finger print and passward

Hi Guys ..Since yesterday my phone ( 6s+) Auto off and auto start again every single minutes. Even most of the apps are not working or cant open ..and few hours later there is the new problem came over..devise never recognize my finger print and password ..any help..
