hotmail for apple id
I'm trying to register a new apple id by using my hotmail account and it says "This email address is not available. " I tried my other email address and it can be used for registration. Does anyone know why?

Normally, this happens if the address has been associated with an Apple ID within the last year. If you are creating a new ID, remember all previous purchases are tied to the ID that made them and can't be transferred. A name change might be a better way to proceed.
Apple ID email address or password - What to do after you change I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.
But I never use my hotmail address to register the Apple ID. Even at the very beginning I start using Apple's.
I have used my other email to register one, and just would like to get a new ID for a different store cuz the current ID has credit on it and cannot change the country region.
Either buy something to zero out your credit or contact iTunes Support and request they zero your credit. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link.
