music randomly stops playing out of headphones (iPhone 7)

Audio will randomly cut out when listening through headphones, despite the song/video still ‘playing’ e.g on Spotify when it does ‘cut out’, the song will still be apparently playing according to the progress bar. I have replaced the lightning port and factory reset it multiple times and whilst most of the issues have resolved this one still remains. I have tried it on multiple pairs of headphones and they will all either cut out or just not be detected.
