Store my old photos and messages to my new phone

So I got a new phone sent because my old phone stopped working the screen was blacked out so I got sent a new one and send the old one back and so I’m trying to figure out how to get my old photos store to this new iPhone that I got

You need to sign into iCloud and choose to sync photos.

Settings > <your name> at the top > iCloud > Photos

Assuming you uploaded your photos to iCloud from the previous iPhone.
