Yes, you can reboot your iPhone X and see if that helps it get going.
Press and quickly release the volume up button
Press and quickly release the volume down button
Press and hold the Power button until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of the button

How much time is a bit of time? If you had an iPhone with iOS 11 you are moving from, the set up process is very simple and quick. Please provide a bit more information on what you're doing here.
It’s now more than 20 minutes loading.
I have just uploaded my new iPhone, putting close the two phones to let it proces.
Once I signed for my ICloud Id it shows me this message( see the picture ).
There's no picture.........
It shouldn't take a long time, unless Apple Servers are really busy. Let it go for a while. Check back in if it doesn't progress.
Is there’s any chance I can turn it off and try to start again????
