Hello! I suggest going to settings and find Date & Time which is in general. Then you will see a setting called "Set Automatically" you can turn it off and set the time on your own like a regular clock.
Switch Auto OFF

Restart / Force Restart

After that make sure your Time Zone is correct then set automatic again.
