Can't get any videos from You Tube or other sites. Keep getting message "your browser doesn't currently recognize any of the video formats available" even though I run OS 10.11.6. Any solutions?
"Your browser doesn't currently recognize any of the video formats available" is the message I get when I try to open You Tube or other videos???
