Toggle(on/off) bluetooth sharing of application setting in iOS11

We have iOS application which is connecting hardware instrument where it send data to the iPhone through Bluetooth. It was working fine until iOS 10 but it gives problem after upgarding to iOS11 and we face very strange issue while we toggling bluetooth sharing of application setting ON or OFF not reconnecting the bluetooth connection.
