While typing on the Web Why Preeti font is not showing in my Mac?

I am trying to type in Preeti [ Nepali] font on the web, unfortunately, I am not seeing the font on my computer. What's wrong with my computer? Anyone, could you suggest me a proper way to solve this issues?

Apple devices really only support Unicode. I recommend you start typing directly in Unicode using one of the standard fonts provided by Apple for Devanagari script: Devanagari, Kohinoor, ITF, Shree.
