Apple has methods of directly contacting them to get help with your issues if you require.

Want to talk with someone?

Get help by phone, chat, or email, set up a repair, or make a Genius Bar reservation.

Follow the wizard, and if available apple can offer Live chat, Phone and email support for a specific problem.


You can also fill out this form to contact iTunes Support for iTunes related inquiries.

Beyond that, these communities exist in an effort to lighten the load of the aforementioned support conduits. If a problem is known and many people have resolved it its easy to find an answer in these forums for it without taking up resources that could be used to solve other problems that may have no solution in the forums.


Either way, you get the problem resolved.
