My apple tv 4k does not show the app store and the itunes movies app

what does it show ? it removed most things if it does not have a wifi or wired ethernet connection to the internet
It has wired connection. That is not the problem.
What do you currently see on your main menu screen? Are you able to stream any content?
Hi Jmsantiago. Check Settings > General > Restrictions. These features may be blocked by restrictions.

Yes, i can stream netflix and other apps. The app store and itunes icon are not visible
If you don't have the app store then how did you download those apps? Was it visible before?
Do you have any problem with region or timezone settings? They must correspond to your actual country/location.
