Why didn’t my photos download correctly after I restored my iPhone?

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer:
1. Are you seeing some of your photos, but not all of them? Are you seeing no photos at all?
2. Are you getting any errors on the phone?
3. Did you restore from an iTunes backup or an iCloud backup?
4. Were you using iCloud Photo Library before, and if so, is it currently enabled? (See Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos)
