I've been on the phone for over an hour and twenty minutes, most of which I've spent on hold. I'm just really trying to restore my phone. Can someone help? like this is unbelievable. I tried restoring on my own but kept getting different error messages on itunes every single time.

It depends on Apple's tech line. If you like you can check your network or call again. I had the same problem. Just hold on it and click off and don't hang up there should be a green or red tab. play your favorite game while you wait. I hope this was helpful! - Kingshow
