Ringer tone volume for iPhone X
What happen to my iPhone X ringer tone volume when I received a call, first ring was loud and following second & third rings suddenly volume is so soft.

You have Awareness Detection on your new iPhone X. Once your phone rings the moment you look at it, it recognizes you've engaged and it automatically turns the ringer volume down. You can turn that off, but it's a really great feature, especially for those around you.
