The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -43.)

I received this error when trying to download Foxtel onto my MacBook Air. I have not been able to find the error anywhere on the internet, just wondering how I can fix it and what I need to do to download Foxtel. Has anyone else received this error? How did you fix it? - Thank in advance.
