I got an email saying I purchased clash royeles for 19 dollars and something but I didn’t purchase anything and don’t want my card to be charged I have the order number if needed

That appears to be a phishing attempt. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it; if you’d like to double-check, manually review your iTunes Store purchase history.
