Why is the new podcast app so needlessly complicated?

The Apple UI losers strike again. When my podcasts wouldn't download for weeks, I decided I had no choice than to upgrade my iOS, and now I'm stuck with yet another "upgrade" that makes things worse. This upgrade makes it way harder to see what podcasts are in my feed, which is bad for driving. It also makes it way harder to get to the very useful summary of what's on the podcast, so I can see if I want to listen.

My next phone may be an Android. Stop fixing things that aren't broken Apple.
