when will I be able to get Alexa for Amazon Echo in the Israeli store?

Hi,

Does someone know when will Alexa for Amazon Echo be introduced to the Israeli iTune store?

I have bought it quite a while ago and haven't been able to use it so far.

I trust that Apple is not limiting Amazon users from using non-Apple devices, and hope it's a temporary, resolvable issue.
