MacBook w/o battery: what data is lost?

(currently running my MBP without battery, described here)

Obviously, the System Time is lost as soon as the power cable is disconnected.

Apart from System Time, is there any other data lost that one should be aware of and re-adjust A.S.A.P. ?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), 17", Mid 2010, 4GB RAM, 1TB HD

You will not lose data by removing the battery.

I know I will not lose any USER data; I was thinking of other internal system data (like time, which IS lost).

Since I was able to take out the old, swollen battery myself, I should just about manage to also put in a new battery myself ... 😉

Not sure though if I need a new battery at all.
