Could not play movie

I’ve purchased some movies and it plays well before. But when I try to play one of them today, it’s said my hdmi cable dosen’t support HDCP and it didn’t play the movie. What’s going on? How can I solve this problem?

But just some of the movies having this problem e.g. The Conjuring. Other features are being good even I can download games and play games on it. I’ve never heard there is secure issue on a HDMI cable. Can you help me find out what’s the problem?

I meant make sure the cable is not loose, it needs to be securely in place. That can lead to issues. Sometimes it can be due to an issue with the cable so best to try another. Testing on another TV will also help verify where the issue lies. These issues can be intermittent.
