Gap in call log

Hello! There is a four month gap in the call log of my iPhone 6. Still running iOS 10 or whatever was prior to 11. I can see calls (missed, received and outgoing) from the last month, then there is a four month gap and the last call shown is from July. Nothing from mid-July through mid-November. How do I fix this?
