why can’t I update my phone number on my phone?

I’ve tried updating the details on my phone, when I get to updating my payment details it won’t let me continue. It says the form isn’t complete but there’s no red to update on the page.

I’m assuming it’s the phone number cause even though it says Australia as the region it wants it in an American style format
