how do I upload photos from my mac to Costco?

I would like to upload pictures from my Mac to Costco Photo Center. The type of file does not allow it. Is there a way to convert my photos to a useable file type? Thank you.

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Select the Photos (or Album), then File->Export

You can choose Unmodified Original, or Export and then you can select the file type.

After Exporting, you can then Upload to Costco.
