i can’t buy anything on iTunes in Montenegro. Any tip
It is n/a for Montenegro to buy on iTunes. Does anyone have any idea or tip how to use it ?

There isn't an iTunes Store in Montenegro, so you won't be able to have an iTunes account and download content (you can't use another country's store unless you are in that country with a billing address in it). If you want to leave feedback to Apple about there not being a store there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/
