It sounds like the Music app on your device is closing when you try to open it, and I'm happy to help. Please try force the Music app to close, then restart the device.

If you're still having this issue after trying those steps, you can delete and reinstall the Music app. Please keep in mind that if you subscribe to Apple Music and have music downloaded for offline listening, deleting the music app will also remove that music. You'll need to re-download it again after reinstalling the music app.
