Apple Music subscription

I have an iPhone 7plus and I had to make a new Apple ID when I couldn’t remember the info for the one I had been using. Apple Music charged the card I had forgotten was attached to it so now my subscription is good on an account I haven’t used in over a month, is there a way to switch it to the ID I use or would I just need a refund?
